SENIOR COMPANY SECRETARIAL OFFICER

Responsibilities
- Discharge a wide range of company secretarial duties to the Group in compliance with corporate governance and statutory rules and regulations
- Assist in implementation of operating procedures for local and offshore statutory laws and regulations, Listing Rules and Securities and Futures Ordinance (“SFO”)
- To supervise subordinates and support the company secretarial department of the Group
- Assist in preparation of annual and interim reports, SFO reporting, announcements, circulars and other corporate reports
- Assist in organising various meetings, including board meetings and general meetings of the listed company
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company Secretary and the Company Secretarial Manager
Requirements
- Tertiary education of Corporate Secretarial Studies or relevant major; associate or student member of HKICS/CGI or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience gained from sizable companies, certified public accounting practice, law firms or other trust or corporate service related practice, listed or property companies is preferable
- Able to handle full range of company secretarial works independently
- Knowledge of Companies Ordinance and other statutory compliance requirements in Hong Kong, PRC, BVI, Cayman Islands and other jurisdictions, Listing Rules and SFO
- Practical experience in dealing with PRC company secretarial matters
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferable
- Proficient in computer knowledge including MS Office, Chinese Word processing and CSA software
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Mature, meticulous, efficiency, proactive, well organised, excellent document and file management
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and managerial skills
