PROPERTY ASSISTANT (NEW SITE)
工作職責

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality customer services to tenants/customers
  • Provide daily supports to the property management office
  • Maintain rapport with tenants
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants
工作要求

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Higher Certificate holder in Housing Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer services or property management industry
  • Outgoing, responsible and willing to deal with people
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Hands-on experience in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
