ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (LEASING TEAM)
工作職責

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Leasing Team on leasing administration matters 
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and other related documents 
  • Maintain leasing database and filing system 
  • Assist in regular reports preparation 
工作要求

 Requirements:

  • Form 5 / HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 1 year’s administration experience
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive
  • Proficient at MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
